webagentinabox.com and the AI Engine located at aiengine.tainoresources.com (together, the “Service”).
1) Information We Collect
- Account & Contact Data: name, email, phone, company, website, social links, industry, avatar/logo.
- Billing Data: payment method details are processed by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage & Log Data: IP address, device/browser data, pages viewed, dates/times, referring URLs, and actions in the Service (e.g., credit usage, content generated).
- Content Data: prompts, uploaded assets, generated outputs, and profile customizations (e.g., bio/voice, call-to-action).
- Cookies & Similar Tech: used for session management, analytics, and fraud prevention.
2) How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service and customer support.
- Personalize content generation based on your profile and inputs.
