We may suspend or terminate access immediately for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraud/abuse, or to comply with law. You may cancel at any time through your account. Upon termination, rights and licenses granted to you end.
9) Right to Refuse Service; No Refunds for Cause
- We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse or discontinue service to anyone at any time, including prior to account creation, where we believe there is risk, abuse, or non-compliance.

- TRG is not responsible for misuse of the Service by you or third parties, or for your failure to comply with applicable laws, platform rules, or industry standards.
12) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRG AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
